Кардаш Віктор Васильович, народився 8 травня 1977 року в місті Рівне, в сім’ї робітників.
1 вересня 1984 року був зарахований до учнів 1 класу СШ №22 міста Рівне, яку закінчив у 1994 році. 20 серпня 1994 року вступив на перший курс Київської Духовної Семінарії, яку закінчив у 1997 році з відзнакою, та за рішенням Вченої Ради КДАіС був зарахований до числа студентів Київської духовної академії, яку закінчив у 2001 році з відзнакою. З 18 грудня 1998 року несе послух регента кліросного хору Свято-Михайлівського Золотоверхого монастиря. 2001 року, призначений викладачем Церковного Читання та Церковно-Слов’янської мови КПБА. 7 жовтня 2008 року Указом Святійшого Патріарха Філарета нагороджений Орденом Святого Архистратига Михаїла, а 5 травня 2010 року - Орденом Миколая Чудотворця. На даний час несе послух регента кліросного хору в Свято-Михайлівському Золотоверхому монастирі.
